Since 1992 Tecnolam has been using the best production technologies for metal processing.

A plant of 25,000 square meters, where 100 employees collaborate, united in applying the procedures that guarantee the quality required by the ISO 9001 certification.

Study and Design

Produced with performance management tools based on high-performance and cutting-edge 2D / 3D CAD-CAM systems.

Laser cut

Automated fiber optic laser cutting systems operating on a 2000 x 6000 mm work surface with a power of up to 6000 watts.

Laser Punching / Shear

Tools that allow you to operate both punching machine and punching machine combined with laser cutting, making holes, shapes, deformations, ribs and countersinks in the sheet metal

Folding and Paneling

The bending presses allow sheet metal processing by having an automatic control system at the bending angle and numerical control from 85 to 600 tons

Stamping and Drawing

Specialized software allow the sheet metal drawing process from the hydraulic press with a nominal thrust of 900 tons with 4 cylinders with independent pressure adjustments.

Calendering

Tecnolam has tools for calendering sheet metal up to 3000 mm in length and 8 mm in thickness

CNC Milling and Turning

With CNC technology, Tecnolam guarantees extremely accurate sheet metal milling processes

Carpentry

Our dedicated space for carpentry is divided into various areas with a total surface of 3000 square meters, and it allows for metal welding, spot welding, and finishing.

Surface treatments

Among the many services, the company also offers the possibility of making tumbled, satin and / or sandblasted stainless steel parts.

Painting

The thermosetting polymerizable powder coating department provides metal surfaces with effective and reliable protection against aggressive agents

Assembly

Where the customer's need is to obtain a finished product, the assembly and assembly department aims to supply assembled items, complete with complex electrical, mechanical and hydraulic parts.

Quality check
