Among the company values we have that of continuous improvement through the LEAN system.
The goal is to constantly improve business processes by putting people in the best operating conditions in order to guarantee customer satisfaction in terms of quality, costs and delivery times (QCT). Among the methods we are continuously adopting we remember that of the 5S.
1. Seiri: separating the necessary from the superfluous, eliminating all that is not used.
2. Seiton: ordering and organizing, arranging in an efficient and orderly way everything "a place for everything and everything in its place".
3. Seiso: clean and check the work stations, equipment and tools in order to detect any anomalies.
4. Seiketsu: standardize and improve the work procedures, organization and cleaning activities created.
5. Shitsuke: supporting continuous improvement with systematic audits to monitor the level reached and to identify new objectives.
All this is possible by stimulating people to teamwork which is an essential condition for a sustainable development of the company. From a logistical point of view, Tecnolam is adopting the Kanban system both for sales codes and for internal production and purchase codes. In this way deliveries are guaranteed by optimizing the stock level. The recent continuous improvement works are also involving the office areas to ensure faster customer service.
