Thanks to the experience gained in the field, in 1992 Mr. Franco Bonato and Gianpaolo Danese, driven by the desire to offer a detailed 360 ° service aimed at producers, founded Tecnolam with the aim of distinguishing themselves within the market by focusing on the production offer even on small quantities or single orders. The path of constant growth consolidates the activity, which establishes a group of over 100 specialized people and firmly believing in the strategic importance of efficiency and productivity with particular attention to detail, lead the company to establish itself in the sector. Tecnolam's primary objective is complete and continuous customer satisfaction while maintaining and increasing high quality standards over time, excellence in terms of efficiency, reliability and service. The company aims at constant improvement in terms of quality set on standards regarding: business strategy, turnover and profitability indices, leadership, availability of skills and product NC. For an ever better service yield, Tecnolam welcomes a concept of constant development also with regard to the occupational health and safety management system according to the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 40015 standard and in compliance with the UNI INAIL guidelines, integrating this attention with the worker safety, considering the collaboration and contribution of human resources to be of fundamental importance, thus assuming the task of motivating and involving personnel at all levels, also pursuing the constant increase in skills and specific training.
