Tecnolam Srl Unipersonale<\/strong> has always strongly believed in the importance of training<\/strong> in the company, to grow professionally<\/strong> And qualitatively<\/strong> the individual resources. \u00a0<\/p>

We have always trusted in the power of cooperation<\/strong> between the school system and the working sphere and we believe that, unfortunately, to date, the real effectiveness that this relationship possesses and the numerous advantages it could provide is still not recognized.<\/p>

It is therefore up to companies to take a step forward and act, in order to support this process of rapprochement e cooperation<\/strong>.<\/p>

For this reason, when Giulia<\/strong> contacted us to ask us to be able to support her in the elaboration of her thesis, we did not hesitate to accept.<\/p>

Giulia<\/strong>, for his paper, he focused on LEAN method<\/strong>: system that has been applied in our staff for several years now (https:\/\/www.tecnolam.it\/2021\/07\/09\/il-metodo-lean\/<\/a>); was joined by our collaborator Dr. Erika<\/strong>, Head of Quality Systems Management and Production Planning, who, together with other colleagues, follows our internal refresher course on a weekly basis LEAN method<\/strong>.<\/p>

The work of data collection<\/strong> was extended into four meetings, within which Giulia<\/strong> he was able to ask questions and apply his theoretical knowledge in practice; through, then, his activity of data analysis<\/strong> she managed to present the knowledge obtained in an excellent way.<\/p>

This experience was completely new for our team and left us with new awareness and new values that we will strive to maintain.<\/p>

For this, we just have to thank and wish the best to Dr. Giulia<\/strong>, who greets us with these words:<\/p>

\u201cDuring my studies at the Faculty of Economics and Commerce, I was lucky enough to get to know a company like Tecnolam which gave me the opportunity to explore a very important topic, part of my university studies: Lean Production. Erika was very helpful and provided me with all the information needed to write my thesis, the third chapter of which was entirely dedicated to the company. <\/em><\/p>

I would like to sincerely thank the management and all the staff, it was a useful experience to expand my baggage of skills and knowledge and which allowed me to attribute honors to my thesis.\u201d<\/em><\/p>
