In respect for sustainability<\/strong>, since 2011 we have been producing the 50% of the energy we consume thanks to a photovoltaic system<\/strong> with self-consumption of 1.3 MWp since the innumerable sheet metal processes, inside the company, have a high important electrical requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We from Tecnolam Srl Unipersonale<\/strong> we want to focus on another aspect of sheet metal processing<\/strong>, that <\/strong>we carry out internally, in a extremely controlled supply chain process<\/strong>, from design to cutting with extremely precise laser equipment, from bending to paneling, from molding to deep drawing, calendering, milling and welding to final treatments and painting, monitoring the waste control and processing optimization<\/strong> in a'Lean optics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Internal processes have also been implemented in the direction of full automation that the company has set itself and has been implementing for some years for the best customer satisfaction and with a view to an activity that is more respectful of the environment and resources<\/strong> where all the metal carpentry work<\/strong> they are carried out internally by the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our <\/strong> CAM programmers<\/strong> , through the use of specific software, they create the nesting<\/strong>, that is the set of pieces of a certain thickness, useful in order to optimize a sheet reducing material waste as much as possible<\/strong>.
